You may only withdraw funds to a payment account that is registered in your own legal name and has been verified as part of the KYC process. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. olk168's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

olk168 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or actions of third-party service providers.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits olk168's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied in the jurisdiction under which olk168 holds its operating licence.
In the event of any dispute between you and olk168 arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your Account, or any transaction on the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting olk168 customer support at [email protected]. olk168 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of the dispute being raised with olk168 customer support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution specified in olk168's licensing terms. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
olk168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, olk168 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for no fewer than seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, close your Account by contacting customer support.
